I made this site in March 2007 when I was in bed (most of the time) for almost 6 weeks resting with a fractured compressed vertebra. There was some other stuff but I deleted it by mistake when I get a chance I will put it up now.....

I love all types of biking come from road cycling really, did tons of it before I grew, and grew too big for my bikes and couldn't afford a new one. Found freeriding/ mountain biking in my 30's a bit too late, the old hand-to-eye cordination deteriorates dramatically after 26, making new skills harder to learn.....so learn your stuff before then, its a lot less painful!

Thats why I chose mongrel, a cross of different biking backgrounds.
